Been on Fark too long. I read that as the TFD delivery charge.

I hate FTD. When I was out of the country and wanted to by my wife some flowers, they wouldn't even let me see any FTD florist sites. Even their "Contact the Florist" link on their message led right back to that message. I'm an American citizen, with a home in the US, and an American credit card linked to a bank in the US but I couldn't buy my wife flowers because I was not physically present in the US. I tried so hard to give them my USD but they didn't want money from me because I was using a computer in another country.
