doesn't make sense to me.  why wouldn't people favor more portable family structures--like a stackable condominium pod version of a mobile home--instead of this gargantuan thing?  you'd waste a lot less energy and gain more flexibility.  3d print a bunch of iron-girder structures and move your family into the 23rd floor facing southwest...

that said, why is this called an actual design.  it's the same thing i see concept artists do every day for movies.  it's not like this guy figured out any of the engineering shiat this would require.
