grinding_journalist: PhilGed: A dollar to anyone who can wetsuit-tuxedo crash that party, Sterling Archer style.[2.bp.blogspot.com image 464x263]Didn't Bond do it first? (I know Archer is basically an homage to Bond) I recall it being in the one that opens with Blofeld getting drowned in mud in that "refacing" clinic. Could be totally wrong here, but I have vague memories of Connery getting out of a 60s style wetsuit to reveal a tux. Then Arny did it in True Lies. That reminds me, I gotta watch that with the wife. She's never seen it.
Geotpf: A lot of people are trying to figure out what Google is up to with these barges. My guess is that everybody's guesses are wrong.
zimbach: It was revealed last night that these barges are giant intermodal party boats/superstores, with Google product showrooms on the lower three decks and a dance hall on top. They could, hypothetically, pull that thing into a cargo port, load up all the modules on a train, and reassemble the whole building thousands of miles inland in a matter of days. I'm not sure why this is a good idea.
ArcadianRefugee: Google's four-story shipping-container product marketing paradise. The mysterious Google barge discovered floating in San Francisco Bay"Discovered"? Its a god-damned floating 4-story warehouse. Didn't exactly sneak up on ya. "Discovered" just seems a bit much. How about simply "seen"?
Contrabulous Flabtraption: Google and the Media really want people to be interested in this and I don't think its working.
