Gulag time for someone. Keep that lighter handy!

A back up torch/flame should have been on hand to relight. Last time something similar to this was in Montreal when the flame went out and an official re-lit it with his lighter. Was promptly put out again and re-lit with the back up flame.

Please tell me the guy who re-lit the torch with his Zippo did the whole wrist flip to close thing after he was done.
