Do you even do yoga in pairs? In bikinis?


They can call it whatever they like, as far as I'm concerned...so long as they keep doing it.

Yes.  Yes they would.  It might not fix everything, but as to the fat, yep.  Diet and exercise would make you a healthier, stronger person walking around in the middle of the day in your pajamas.

Wasn't there a trainer that did the same thing recently because so many of his clients complained that it was a lot harder to work out when you are fat?
