Yeah, I'll eat almost anything, but a whole, live octopus is definitely on my "do not want" list.

People who eat animals while they are still alive should not be alive.

CSB:  I used to deliver tropical fish to pet stores.  This one place on my route in MD, had a wall of salt water fish and stuff.  He was complaining to me one day that some of his most expensive fish were being stolen.  But he couldn't figure out who the hell could break into his store over night and hork a fish.
So, he set up a video camera.  Next time I was there, he told me the story of what the video camera caught.  A small octopus in the end tank would climb out in the middle of the night, jump into another tank, and eat the first fish he could find.  Then, he'd mosey back to his original tank for the rest of the night.

So, yes...  Sometimes the octopus IS guilty!!  You gotta give props to the octopus for being a genius by octopus standards.

If you've ever watched a full grown octopus move in an aquarium, you'd imagine just how ferocious those things can be.

Not really. Octopi are very intelligent and escape from their tanks a lot. Its really not that uncommon.
