My wife screamed at the end of the series, out of pure fear that somehow the show ending wouldn't be enough to stop him, and honestly it made me shrink a little too. It was amazing, and really at the hands of pure writing rather than any sort of shocking, graphic violence.

Can "Friend" get an honorable mention?

Interesting choice. Evil or just the most spineless hero one could ever hate?

denying the existence of the people around you, and treating them accordingly, is pretty evil. Most everything he did was for self preservation.

IbiEvacua: Library Policeman... Stephen King. Yuck.

Holy shiat, I haven't thought of that story in years. Thanks for giving me a serious case of the creeps asshole. I actually found the library policeman a bit more evil than Pennywise, or even Flagg.

Jason Vorhees, considering only the first movie.  Talk all you want about the literary merits of this or that title, I saw Friday the 13th when I was eight years old and it scared the living shiat out of me.

Since by completely random coincidence I happen to be posting this on Friday the 13th, I must be right.

Born to Die: No hate for The Governor?

I almost said him, but I figured that Negan out-eviled anything Phillip ever did in his first appearance.

No love for Mr. Potter from "It's a Wonderful Life"? He loved ruining people's lives, and stole $8K, even though he was a millionaire.

///or how about at least one character in EVERY episode of "Law & Order: SVU"? I fear for my sanity if I watch too many episodes of that show in a row. *shudder*

Voldemort. He didn't kill people because he had an issue with them. He straight up murdered 6 people (and caused who knows how many deaths through his followers) just to make absolutely sure he could never die. Then when some whacko lady predicted he may die because of some child he murders two more people and attempts to kill a baby.

I thought about it, but frankly, Negan is worse. Though the show version of the Governor comes real close.
