You have never been on staff for a hospital or a university.  It's traditional for those organizations to rip people off as much as they can for parking. The administrators that run them are right asshole bastards,

The only pay parking lot in my city is the friggin' hospital. When the city tried to put meters in our town the merchants banded together and said NO.

But hospitals can get away with it.

This would be a great method for shutting them down entirely: run stings (of all sorts) targeting them across the country, and jail as many of them as possible for as long as possible. This would not only improve our airports, it would be great PR for local law enforcement, given how little anyone likes flying these days. Time to write to the sheriff's office...

So I guess there's basically no way to convince people not to post links to videos that start playing by themselves without using the 'Video' tag or otherwise indicating it in the headline.
