Who let's their 7 year old stay up until 3 am??

Son accepts a job as Biden's limo driver.  He can't be worse than the ones that tend to play bumper cars

Yeah, but, has he been banned from the pub?

Yet another reason that the village-church-pub model is the best model ever.

/why, yes, we can walk everyplace.

So they didn't ban the kid from driving...

Mr.Hawk: Subby's Mom?

She does drive stick.

21 months? Sounds like the kid is going to be doing a lot of driving over the next two years.

ChipNASA: Who let's their 7 year old stay up until 3 am??

I'm pretty sure he just let the kid sleep in the car then woke him up after it closed.
Kids need their rest you know.

If he can reach the pedals at 7 years old sign him up for the NBA.

Should have just made the kid push the car home.  Learn him some bootstrappyness.

Time to invest in a rickshaw.

/faster kid

If the kid can reach the pedals and see over the dashboard, I really don't see the problem.

Driving you back and forth to the pub isn't the problem.
Getting them to stop for smokes is.
Damn schools pump the anti-smoking propaganda so heavily into kids these days that they won't even pull into the store and wait 2 minutes for you.

If he drove like my 8 year old does in Mario Kart then that dad has some balls of steel.

1)  FTA:  pleaded guilty to the dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
If the kid was driving, how was the father operating the car?

2)  FTA:  spiralled into alcoholism after the death of his wife, both parents, grandparents, and several close friends,

WTF?  Did the CIA use a drone strike on a birthday party?

My son is 14, and I doubt he could drive very well at all.  Which may be a little odd considering that by 12, I was already driving.

My brother and I used to take our grandparents cars and drive them all over the side lot, doing donuts around the trees.  Clearly, this was a more innocent time.  No one ever complained.  Even my grandparents must have been too dumbfounded to do anything about it.

Is "year old" really that difficult to type in full, subby?

That can easily backfire:

The driving suspension reminded me about an associate who got some moving violation that mandated a driver's license suspension - trick was that he was both underage and on a bicycle, so no driver's license to suspend.  The court apparently had a legal conniption because the idea that he was legally riding a bike without a motor vehicle license, and could continue to do so during the suspension, and wasn't driving illegally without a license never occurred to the programmers of the system/writers of the law.

Auggie Smith? Besides the 14 year old in the back couldn't drive a stick shift...

/Godspeed brave soldier.
