And as pointed out before, subtard, it ain't Nancy Grace. If it was Nancy Grace doing those facial gymnastics, my monitor would have shorted out, and my hard drive would have crawled out of it's case and punched me in the coccyx.

First, that isn't Nancy, but never mind.

It took me a minute, but I'm almost positive she's leaning back out of view of the camera over her shoulder (presumably hers) and trying to indicate to the woman she's interviewing that she should blubber and tear it up.  Then you see her get the word over her earpiece that she's clearly visible on someone else's camera and she immediately snaps back to her normal face.

That's what it looks like to me, anyway.

My guess is stifling a sneeze.  Really I just can't come up with anything else that could have been about.  It was just plain weird.
