None of the weapons exploded as two were inert and two were unarmed.

Well I suppose one could argue that technically the reef was "bombed" but in my book if nothing got exploded then nothing got bombed.

That said I'd like this with the repeat tag since I like the headline

IMHO you can't go wrong with a headline that references "Airplane!".
