So much to hate here.

Getting a woman pregnant then threatening her and bribing her with a fake offer of a 300,000 dollar payout in order to coerce her into having an abortion is douchebaggery of the highest order.

/Or lowest, you know what I mean.

Can't really have any sympathy for woman here either, because she took the deal.

These are both terrible people.

She should have just faked getting the abortion... then, before she starts to show too much, bam, she got a new job and it requires travel. work work work. it sucks.  Then, you pop one out and then collect 25,000 a month child support.

If it were me (and this seems like a totally sweet deal so I would definitely go for this), I'd say give me the money upfront, and we're writing up a contract with very specific language that I can use as blackmail to the media if you decide not to go through with it. Blackmail is a powerful thing. As I understand the situation, there was no contract, just a verbal agreement, which obviously means nothing.
