Tyrone Slothrop: When is Google going to add the Mountains of Madness to the Antarctic streetview?
Spoon over Marin: Would have been nice if there was a link.
PsyLord: I have almost no clue what the headline was all about./haven't read any of the Harry Potter books nor seen any of the movies
the8re: Waiting on Minas Tirith. Or even Mordor. Both would be awesome.
maxx2112: Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic, and the muggles will eventually use technology to conquer their magic of the wizarding world. This is the just the first step in the process./ expectno pudendum
Warlordtrooper: PsyLord: I have almost no clue what the headline was all about./haven't read any of the Harry Potter books nor seen any of the moviesSome of the most overrated movies of all time.... They are kids movies that for some reason teens and adults got into. the8re: Waiting on Minas Tirith. Or even Mordor. Both would be awesome. One does not simply google street view Mordor.
fustanella: You can't go in the shops? Weak. At least you can do that with some places at Universal.
Gordon Bennett: PsyLord: I have almost no clue what the headline was all about./haven't read any of the Harry Potter books nor seen any of the moviesI saw the first movie. It started out perfectly well but eventually lost all credibility and became unwatchable. It had a secret hidden boarding school of magic accessed by a train on an invisible platform. There was an alley filled with magic shops and a huge bank staffed by highly offensive Jewish stereotypes. So far, no problems. Then there was a bit with a train and some flying sweets and a bit with a talking hat dividing up the children into houses for the brave, the wise, the useless and the evil.Again, so far I have no problem. Then we see that in the very first day, a ginger kind makes two friends. That's where it lost me.
Flappyhead: Read that as Dagon Alley. I know I can't be the only one.
