I grow my own wheat and oats on an extremely obscure and out of the way piece of farmland that has soil naturally rich in essential nutrients and fresh river water to produce only the healthiest and finest grains. I then take this grain to my windmill where I use an old-fashioned millstone using granite from an independant quarry in the Mediterranean Sea to grind it into a coarse flour. I then extrude it using a machine I built by myself, and start to cook it using steam from a natural artesian well that is triple-filtered through the finest Class D diamonds I mine in Africa by hand to remove any contaminants from it.

The blades on my food extruder I forge by hand using a hammer and anvil and are repeatedly folded until they become surgical-grade steel. The salt I use for extruding my cereal grains is from the Dead Sea. Once my grains are extruded, I use the finest cane sugars from an obscure plantation in Hawai'i which is run by full-blooded natives to create my own marshmallow confections for my breakfast cereal grains. Any flaws found in the marshmallows or sugar and I refuse to buy any more cane sugar from that plantation for the rest of the season and instead travel to Burma and spend six to eight months browsing the cane sugar markets for the perfect sugar needed for my cereal.

I mix the cereal and marshmallows according to nutritional advice given to me in written writing by the U.S. Surgeon General that is hand-delivered to me by a private courier escorted by ex-Delta Force operatives who know the importance of a balanced breakfast.

After pouring cold milk (from the dairy cow I own that I milk by hand), and pasteurize and homogenize myself, I use a spoon I forge and shape using the same methods as my food extrusion blades. The bowl I use is ceramic that is hand-made from a local independant potter who uses the old fashioned methods and a wood-fired kiln to create his bowls.

Only then do I eat my breakfast cereal.
