"Do you smell fish, or is it me?"

Tag* placed on the back of a high ranking female visitor at a certain SCIF, and deftly removed by a flunky once it was noticed.  The VIP in question was none the wiser.   We all knew who made the tag, and we strongly suspect who put it on, but hey, we were good at keeping secrets.

*A 'tag' in this instance is a piece of paper that has a witty saying or picture, with a length of cellophane tape on it (generally, 4" to 6" is enough).  You 'flip' the tape on the back of the subject, and it has just enough adhesion to stay on without you having to actually touch the person being tagged.
