Ok so he's a little  odd looking...but I wouldn't call him the ugliest dog in the world. I think he's kinda cute.

There should be an Anti-Beauty Pageant for humans. They could even fool themselves by calling it something cutesey like "Skin Deep" or something that riffs off "I'm beautiful on the inside!" and "Beauty is only skin deep!"  Some people know they're circus ugly and embrace it. The "winner" could even be offered plastic surgery. What a PR nightmare that'd be.

I saw another article where they deliberately excluded most of the hairless breeds.
