Yup, little known fact about how North Korea got into the whole thermonuclear war game.  Kim Jong Il was paying time warner for 30mbps cable, but then he went to speedtest.net and barely squeaked out 5mbps...best korea hasn't been the same since.  Recently obtained documents have indicated Kim Jong Un was found to be downloading porn in the other room at the time, skewing the results, but it was too late...the threats had been made, the damage done.
