Over/under on when Kawhi Leonard gets his 2nd foul: 7 minutes left in the 1st quarter. He should have done it Tuesday night, but I think you're going to see LeBron go into full "Screw you guys I'm taking over" mode early. Miami can't afford to let the Spurs get an early lead/let the crowd start rocking again.

My prediction: Tony Parker will be limited due to his hamstring pull. The Heat will play more aggressively, and as a result of their forays into the paint, will draw more fouls than in any of the previous three games (where they shot an incredibly low number of free throws). Farkers will complain that the NBA is rigged because they don't understand basketball.
