TheRameres: skullkrusher: Lsherm: Side note: Dunkin's doughnut breakfast sandwich has fewer calories (360) than its "healthy" new turkey sausage sandwich (390)

360 calories for a fast food breakfast sandwich isn't beyond the pale.  An Egg McMuffin only has 300 calories, but a Sausage McMuffin has 370, and with egg it has 460.  Most all of the other McDonald's breakfast choices are above 450 calories.

came for this:

http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-dunkin-donuts-glazed-donut-i1 19 302

D&D glazed donut has 260 calories

http://www.dunkindonuts.com/content/dunkindonuts/en/menu/nutrition/n ut rition_catalog.html

plain bagel has 310

obvious difference in the fat departments but most people wouldn't scoff at a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel but there are a shiatton of cals in bagels

Is it just me or does something not add up?

One egg and one piece of bacon is 110 calories (70 for the egg, 40 for the bacon).

If the donut alone is 260, shouldn't that mean at a minimum, it should be 370?

Plus I'm reading "fried eggs and bacon" - that implies more than one egg.  So maybe really 440 calories?

All and all, if you're going to pick up one of these (plus some tator tots per the picture), just plan on doing a bunch of yard work or walking later that day and skip out on any morning snack you might have.  A 700-800 calorie intake in the morning plus some exercise really isn't too bad as a weekend indulgance.

Look man, we're talking about a sandwich made from donuts and meat.  Get your stupid math out of here.  I'm too busy drooling.

TuteTibiImperes: TheShavingofOccam123: I could see a cake donut egg and bacon sandwich. Especially if it had some savory stuff tossed into the dough and A LITTLE OF THE SWEETNESS REDUCED!!1!

Cake donuts are the miracle whip of the donut world, i.e. abominations.

Blasphemy. Yeast donuts have no place in the world of cider.

Also, cake donuts are delicious.

/So are yeast donuts.
//But cider donuts are the best.

anuran: How many of those calories are from fat, how many from sugars, how many from protein?

Who cares?  Every calorie is made from delicious, that's all that matters.

Yo, Dunkin'.  I'm real happy for you and I'm gonna let you finish, but Krispy Kreme are the best donuts of all time!

Ok, that's awesome.

And no, it's not going to kill to have one once in a while.

If you have to be told that you shouldn't eat three every day you are probably also likely to be the type of person that would sue because they don't explicitly say to not take rectally.

wildcardjack: I'd like scrambled eggs and bacon in a romaine lettuce wrap. In fact, that sounds like lunch.

Crap, no bacon here.

That is a good idea for a BLT. No bread/toast. BLT with the lettuce as a wrapper.

Put some cheese on that, and you have a deal.
