Walter Paisley: On first glance I read "hydrogen-peroxide" in the headline as nitrous oxide. It's still fitting as it would work for both giving the rocket bike a boost and for making the broken bones and hellish road rash less painful until the medics get to him. Just imagine this scenario being portrayed in a 50's ephemeral film where the incredibly optimistic narrator ponders "Nitrous oxide: just what can't this miracle compound accomplish?" (air pollution conspicuously absent).
