I just drove a rental car through a pop up monsoon in eastern Iowa, so I'm getting a kick out of these replies.
Sideways rain, winds at 70mph, not very fun, but I made it. Now the hail can fall all it wants, because, hey, it's a rental car, and the thought of returning one with all of the glass smashed and dents everywhere amuses me.
