Pre-reduction, they had to have been like 34GG. I mean, literally the size and shape of volleyballs. And round, firm, and perky even at the age of 25. She got them reduced to a small C, and now has these large half-moon shaped scars under each breast. So sad.

But she doesn't see them.

Well I sure did, the first and last time we hooked up post-reduction.

If that killed your boner then you didn't need a hookup very badly.  If it didn't, what's sad?

Eh, let's just say the quality of guys she's been with since the reduction have gone down drastically. I'm sure her quality of life in general has improved equally, though.
