Snopes says otherwise.  However, it may still be illegal depending on zoning laws.  19 people with 9 bedrooms, and according the article, Boston officials need to determine the legality of that.

- Hire college graduates for even the lowest skilled jobs.  Require a BA for janitorial work.
- Make it super expensive to get a degree.
