Nothing says she was banging him while still with O'Reilly. Had the impression from the article she started to date him after they separated. And given his history of chasing skirts, he's not much one to criticize her even if she WAS cheating on him.

divorce and custody battles suckass but i have a hard time feeling sorry for Billy. Given his personality i can't believe he or she thought marriage stood a chance in hell of working. I'd wager she was betting on it.

Well he was hitting on women he worked with and I doubt that was the only case. And the relationship his wife had was after they were having problems.

O'Reilly's nephew Brandon Ricci worked on The O'Reilly Factor, and began confiding in staffers that his aunt-McPhilmy-had been having an affair. Ricci described the other man as a "local sheriff."
