WhiskeyBoy: ALL kids end up in the emergency room at some point in their childhood.  Kids play, and kids get hurt.

I never went to the emergency room.  Peroxide was the threat that kept me from reporting my open wounds to my mother.  Inevitably, one of my dogs would discover the bleeding and lick it.  Never got infected, so here's an endorsement for dog tongues as wide spectrum antibiotics.
