PaulieattheTap: publikenemy: Russians sure do love their dash cams over there. First the meteor, now this. Who knew they were so big over there.

And why?

They have them to protect themself from insurance fraud.  A buddy lived in Belarus for 4 months and would not drive (the company gave him a Benz to drive).  Took the bus or cab because Russian drivers don't pay attention to traffic signals, lanes, road signs and basicly all are drunk.

The latter is a common misconception. Most Russian drivers are not actually drunk. They are simply posses a magical combination of belligerence, apathy and lack any understanding of the laws of physics.
