No, the set in TFA is a recreation of the one from the 100,000 BC serial, which was the first aired episode.

The shot you posted is from The Sensorites, and is from the spaceship on which the TARDIS lands, not the TARDIS itself.

FTFM, also here's the first moment we ever see inside the TARDIS from the first episode.

Not as thrilled to have the Daleks as the villains for the big anniversary show, though.  I know they're kind of the iconic Who villain, but they've really been run into the ground during New Who.

No, the "50th anniversary special" as subby mistakenly called it is a made-for-TV movie about the behind the scenes genesis of Doctor Who and how a woman producer managed to get the show on the air.

So, this has nothing to do with the Doctor Who 50th anniversary episode coming up. Although since the original TARDIS set is rebuilt now...
