That was too funny, anybody catch the fictitious addy he gave? ;)

Wow, that whole story was well-presented by the guys at F---edCompany. Good job, y'all...
2001-11-26 06:14:26 PM
Haha, "the prosecution calls sucky-me to the stand"

2001-11-26 06:19:53 PM
ECP-Read the post in question, it's funny sh!t. Something about the owner of the company's wife being a money hungry c&nt. Hahaha, we better watch out though, or we'll end up as unindicted co-conspirators...
2001-11-26 06:24:59 PM
lol. Too funny. Does anyone think that they will actually be able to get the "legal" names of those guys?
2001-11-26 06:27:30 PM
Pstannf: one of them (sucky-me) said that the wife of the CEO was a dirty coont or something like that. The other two just shared rumors on the financial woes of the company and how it is about to belly up. The forum is linked to from the article.

I'm wondering how they can be on the verge of bankruptcy and still have the money to file these frivolous lawsuits.
2001-11-26 06:27:49 PM
Quick1: They can't. Pud doesn't require registration to post. Unless he has IP's logged they're just wasting their money.
2001-11-26 06:28:25 PM
whoops, I should have addressed my previous comment to ecppunx, not pstannf
2001-11-26 06:35:05 PM
Am I the only one who can't figure out where the fark to click on their page? It's like a god damn link maze. I get a headache just looking at it.
2001-11-26 06:35:31 PM
Exactly. I don't think FC keeps track of IPs, either, so that's going to make it kind of hard to get their real legal names, no?
2001-11-26 06:35:44 PM
At the risk of sounding repetitive...
Sounds like a job for Leonard "J." Crabs !
2001-11-26 06:37:17 PM sued for letting people post about silly story.

2001-11-26 06:38:44 PM
Oh good. My employer (which recently laid off a bunch of people and will be closing my office next year) is the #1 investor in PrintCafe. I'm glad to see our profits going to such worthwhile causes.
2001-11-26 06:46:26 PM
Whilst visiting this link, I noticed that Farked Company is putting out a book (they included a link to I visited it and got a hearty laugh-- not for the title, F'd Companies: Spectacular Dot Com Flameouts , but for the great "discount" Amazon was offering. List Price: $10.00 Our Price: $12.60. You Save 30%.

No wonder these guys are losing money! I wonder if they got their own chapter in the book?
2001-11-26 06:53:45 PM

2001-11-26 07:09:21 PM
Funny stuff whether real or not! Typical of making money the "old fashioned way", suing somebody for theirs..Hah, Hah.

Don't we all just love them f**king lawyers!
2001-11-26 07:14:10 PM
I don't know about you guys, but I am currently in litigation with Vexhex for using the name of my brand new trademarked company '336 Salvio St Concord Ca' in a post without my prior written permission.

The legal team of Kirkpatrick, Lockhart and Suckass will ALSO be representing ME, and I hope to sue Vexhex for the price of a McDonald's Value Meal(tm) over diluting my company's image AND using the word 'silly' in an article containing my company's name.

Also, I am registering with NetSol tomorrow for my new voodoo doll importing company... So, you'd better changed that tag, too - or it's LAWSUIT CITY, BABY!!!
2001-11-26 07:16:40 PM
BetchaCantEatJustOne, hate to rain on your parade, but the list price is $18.00. Amazon sells it for $12.60. The savings of $5.40 is indeed 30%.
2001-11-26 07:24:59 PM
in his 10th year of courtroom battles trying to prove at long last that he owns all copyrights and trademarks to a word known as 'the®'. For all of you in Farkland who have ever written or spoken my word ('the®'), I'll expect your payment (PayPal accepted, no personal checks please) within 10 days or I reserve the® right to sue your lovin' arse.

Thank You for seeing the® light.

Doh, Tristran beat me to it.
2001-11-26 07:31:53 PM

2001-11-26 07:33:11 PM

You'll never find me! buahahahahahaha!

I'm willing to bet that is going to try to use this as a way to get free advertising. hahahahaha!

PrintCafe is a COOL company. Megacool. Supercool. Stupid f**kknuckles. Can they sue for insulting them?

Pillow biting, shirt lifting, poo-hockey playing, numbnuts.

Sue them... sue them all...

Print My Ass Turd

Thanks for the warning!

I've changed my name. Now back to my cave...

- Idiot
2001-11-26 07:43:03 PM
Let me get this straight. They filed lawsuits not against the website, but against three anonymous posters. Suing them is like an expensive version of a prank phone call.

As always, another shameless plug for my website.
2001-11-26 07:49:49 PM

Go screw yourself; calling us "Stupid Americans"

Some people do stupid things, that is certain.
However, it is unfair to generalize.
The price of libery is that you must allow some people to behave in stupid ways.

I would rather have that than to live in a place where idiots like you think they know better.
2001-11-26 07:53:47 PM
Didn't any of these online bozos learn anything from the Church of Scientology's latest caper? For those of you that don't know, TCOS recently got their collective asses tossed out of court for trying to sue Time magazine for an 'unflattering' potrayal.
If those lawsuit happy asswipes don't have legal ground for stuff like this, what makes these dot com idiots think they do? Somehow I doubt they have the bankroll of Tom Cruise,John Travolta and all the other slap happy cult members of TCOS.

Stupid people should be locked up in cages.
2001-11-26 07:53:48 PM
"The price of libery is that you must allow some people to behave in stupid ways."

And how, Zaago... and how. But where would be without all the "asinine" stories? Gobbless America!
2001-11-26 07:55:49 PM
The price of libery? What is that, where is it sold, is it real expensive? I'll bet it comes from France.
2001-11-26 07:57:27 PM
For the curious about TCOS being kicked to the curb:,2933,35491,00.html

You're welcome;)
2001-11-26 08:04:35 PM
Well, at least this lawsuit attempt is more amusing than eFront's meager attempts a few months ago. PrintCafe actually got REAL lawyers, eFront's "legal team" was just Sam Jain sending form letters he probably got via Google.

It should be fun to see what happens though. :)
2001-11-26 08:25:40 PM
Drew Curtis smells like a monkey's butt.

Do your worst motherf0cker.
2001-11-26 08:40:09 PM
This raises an interesting question . . . does fark log IPs?
2001-11-26 08:42:42 PM
Great, thanks a lot, where were you 15 minutes ago?

Now I'm f~cked anyway I may as well go for broke....

Drew Curtis looks like a monkey's butt.

Sweater Girl: The objective isn't necessarily to win the battle, it's to intimidate your opponent into backing down. Printcafe may simply be waving their legal fist in FC's face hoping to force it to eliminate unflattering commentary. Time Magazine has the resources to fight a well-heeled plaintiff like the Church of Scientology, but most defendants in these things fold up like a cheap suitcase when a suit gets filed. And most hosting companies will tell the site to cave in or take their business elsewhere, since the hosters don't want the hassle of something like this.
2001-11-26 08:55:11 PM
Jjorsett: that may be their intention, but it certainly is a poor way to go about it with a site like f---edcompany, this will increase their ridicule 10 fold.
2001-11-26 09:05:31 PM
Okay Jjorsett and WayToBlue, you both realize you're on, right?
Beacause you appear too rational to be here.
Please stick around!

BTWJj I do get your point about intimidation. It reminds me of the time we took our landlord to small claims court. She didn't think we were serious, that we wouldn't show up. She tried to intimidate us..
We showed up. We won.
We laughed all the way to the bank..
2001-11-26 09:08:07 PM
because. Oops.
2001-11-26 09:12:13 PM

Marc Olin Dog Lover

Originally posted by Marc Olin - Dog farker:

I saw the CEO of printCafe Systems, Inc., Marc Olin, have anal intercourse with a small dog. The dog was not on the receiving end. I was amazed that the Mr. Marc Olin, CEO of printCafe Systems, Inc. was able to train a dog in such a way as to have the dog insert its dog penis into Mr. Marc Olin's (CEO of printCafe Systems, Inc.) anus. The dog also was trained to repeatedly thrust its dog hips back and forth in such a way as to perform anal coitus on Mr. Marc Olin. While I was certianly surprised to see this well trained dog, I was even more surprised to see the utter look of joy upon Mr. Marc Olin's (CEO of printCafe Systems, Inc.) face. He was obviously enjoying the canine rape scene immensely, and I would venture to guess that the very fact that he was so happy, and showed no signs of pain, means that Mr. Marc Olin was a regular participant in such man / animal love.

Just as the dog neared it climax, Mr. Olin quickly flipped his body around so that his mouth could receive all of the small dog's ejaculate. After cleanly licking up the ejaculate from his mouth, the floor, and the dog penis, Mr. Olin did something that completely surprised me!

He began violently kicking the dog and screaming "You are a bad dog, Mr. Bobby Socks, bad dog! You have no right to insert your penis into my anus! I am Marc Olin and I am president of printCafe Systems, Inc. BAD DOG. BAD MR. BOBBY SOCKS!" The vicious beating of the dog, apparently named Mr. Bobby Socks, went on for nearly five minutes. I am not sure if the dog survived or not, but it was badly injured.

After the dog beating was over, I thought I had seen everything possible, but I then became worried as Mr. Marc Olin took out what appeared to be a syringe of heroin and began injecting himself. I am positive it wasn't insuling, because I heard Mark Olin, CEO of printCafe Sytems, Inc., say "Boy, there's nothing like mainlineing some China White after being anally raped by a dog and then kicking the dog into within an inch of its life."

Mr. Olin then passed out with the syringe still stuck in his arm. I was shocked that such a man could be CEO of a company like printCafe Systems, Inc.

I have it all on video tape.
