That is perhaps the most strained Python reference I've seen on Fark in quite a while.

Sorry, folks. Python and Cthulhu are right out. Subby messed up with the headline, that's all. Clearly the headline should have been a reference to SG-1, though the 'Hildegard Lanstrom' and Red Dwarf reference deserves bonus points.

The Stealth Hippopotamus: Maybe we could have gone with a more misogynistic headline? Something along the lines of "Group of scientists try to drill frigid woman, get about as far as I do with my wife". Or "Woman gives scientists the ultimate cold shoulder"?

Given that the reference to a woman was introduced solely to shoehorn in a Python quote and no frozen woman has actually been found, your suggestions might be overly meta.
