...overly dramatic.

/damned if I can find an animated version that isn't too big to post :(

/the "more sizes" option on a GIS works wonders ;)

That gif has to be at least five years old and I still laugh every single damned time I see it.

Here's the Japanese television program that originally aired it...

Night Night Cream Puff: theresnothinglft: studebaker hoch: Jedi squirrel

BAM Oooohhhhhhhhh (the look on it's face right after the hit). I loled totally at it.

I like the youtube comments defending these things. Know what, a vermin's a vermin. Especially mice. Go read up on Hantavirus. That will change your tune about mice from "aww poor thing" to "Execute with extreme prejudice" I executed a mouse that i caught with a glue trap cause I knew that if i just released him he would come right back into the house and continue crappin on everything spreading the virus around.

I thought it was more impressive to see the squirrel recover, have a WTF moment, then see it launch itself at the camera. Squirrels can be smart sometimes. Other times they run under your car. Weird little creatures.

I can name one other species that goes from brilliant to stupid at the drop of a hat...

/It rhymes with "booman"

On a more general note, Attenborough's "Africa" series has been.

It seems sometimes that our image of it is always of savannahs or slums and nothing in between.

The episode up in the snow-capped mountains was particularly nice.

I'll bet $500 they didn't even film the squirrel on the same day as the leopard.
