Now that we are getting politicians that grew up playing video games, I feel video games are going to stop getting Tipper Gore'd as the go to ZOMG MEDIA IS MAKING MY KIDS BAD NOT MY HANDS OFF PARENTING target de jour

It will be interesting to see what is next accused of leading sweet little sunflowers of joy into becoming violent psychopaths with no souls

That was actually quite a good response. A guy who wants real data to make an informed decision, who thinks sedentary behavior is a cause for obesity but that games themselves aren't the problem, and who thinks specific situations (ie, young children playing exceptionally violent roles) are cause for concern but isn't kneejerking his response around.
