Re: Meadowlark Lemon No, he is a televangelist. Perhaps you are thinking of Wilt Chamberlain?

Isn't Wilt selling real estate scams late nights on channel 98?

On Nov. 29, 2000, Pope John Paul II became the seventh person in the 74-year history to be named an "Honorary Harlem Globetrotter." The presentation took place in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican before 50,000 people.

They were beat by Michigan State last year, and I believe someone beat them this year, as well. My team (Minnesota) played them for an exhibition game, and lost of course.

They also have this one player (can't remember his name) who was listed as 215lbs., but I'm pretty sure that was only his left leg. He was HUGE. And he could un up and down the court, too. It was hella funny.

That player was "Big O" Oliver Miller. He played at Arkansas and also some for the Phoenix Suns. I love to watch Big O play. He's got a sweet touch and a huge wingspan.

Their games will never be as fun to watch as their crime solving capers with Scooby and the gang.

Whatever became of that Washington team they spanked every game?

And I am guessin that pic with the pope should make it into many future photoshops. Sheesh, all it is missing is the tourist guy.

The Washington Generals. I think the non-competitive or "show" team still plays them.

They beat Iowa.

Why are grown men playing against college teams? That's like saying the Chicago Bulls are really taking it to the Sweet Valley High biatches. Whoo!
