ClockworkRaven: moothemagiccow: doczoidberg: I've been replaying Wind Waker lately, and the whole bottle thing really pisses me off.

I go into a shop for some potion, and the bastard behind the counter tell me I can't buy any because I don't have a friggin' bottle. There's a bottle RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, with the potion in it!

Sell me the damn bottle!!!

I had the same issue. Back in the day potions came out of cauldrons and we liked it.

The duck gave me one. I found one in a wooden submarine filled with goblins, and I bought one from the shop dude in the boat. I dunno where the other one is.

Also I played skyward sword like three months ago and it makes way more sense now.
Also everyone hates the boat, the boat takes too long but by god every game since has made me hold forward for days instead. I love that boat. I can relax and stop holding forward for 3 solid minutes.

Back in my day we got one bottle with a potion we could use TWICE and we liked it! Not only that but sometimes it was a choice between that and another Heart container...... man 4 bottles that you can refill, you kids are luuuuuuuuucky.

Even as a kid, I thought that the choice between a great container and a red potion was beyond stupid.
