People have, and should, have lives outside of their work for you.

Get over yourselves.

P.S. If you spend any of your work-time discussing what fellow employees do off-work and online, you are out of line. And that's that squared.

As far as I am concerned it is my god-given right as a freeborn American to gripe. If they don't want me griping about work, then they shouldn't do any of that farked up stuff I am griping about. Besides, isn't it better to let people blow off steam? Do you really want them to keep all that frustration bottled up inside? Sounds like a recipe for more Postal disasters to me.

What I do on my own time is my business, including griping about my job. It says something about them if they are so defensive about it.
