I applaud the effort of this lawmaker and, should he succeed in his endeavor to end bogus speed camera tickets, then my condolences to his family for when they find his body in gutter with seventeen bulletholes in it and the cops rule it a suicide.

Is a speeding ticket considered a type of police report? Because then you'd have the issuer on the hook for filing a false report. Otherwise, like someone up-thread suggested, it's fraud.

I'm sick of legislators constantly writing more laws against things that are already against the law. How about you get out there and enforce the laws we already have!

Speed cameras should be banned outright. Especially in states with snow.
