WTF Indeed: At this rate, the Syrian army won't be overrun by the rebels they'll jut run out of bullets to shoot at them with.

To clarify: No plasma torpedoes, out of phaser power, still have a tractor beam, Klingon enemy ship attacking, outside the box solution? Obviously: Reverse the tractor beam and load the cargo of seamines.
