Oh, AMC... We had such hopes for you.

You gave us Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Walking Dead, and we had almost forgiven you for ceasing to live up to your name of "American Movie Classics". But now, you're coming up with nothing but shiatty reality shows, and a sitcom by people involved with Whitney.

Why, AMC? Why did you have to get our hopes up, then fail so hard?

I enjoyed all the episodes of "Black Adder" so I don't really see what's wrong with the premise here.

log_jammin: those comments cant be real.

I don't know, that sounds like a bunch of film students to me (feigned jewishness, references to unproduced films, etc). That's the sort of person I'd expect to comment on sitcom industry news.

From the articles comments: This has real potential. Cautiously optimistic on this one. That's one big FAIL.

Sounds kind of like that unproduced feature comedy "Spies and Innkeepers" by Judd Apatow and Ben Stiller.
