Snapper Carr: What is the big deal with that Frank Ocean album? I've heard some of it and it just seems like good R&B - nice but certainly not the type of album that should make the top of so many best of the year lists.

It's REALLY good R&B. The kind you don't really see anymore.

New York band Pilot To Gunner released one of the best independent rock records of the decade in 2004, Get Saved, then promptly toured itself to death.

So, right off the bat, completely cookie cutter "indie" shiat, noted as "one of the best independent rock records of the decade". Kill yourself!
