Is anyone in here interested in a Tron trilogy addition, and why?

buntz: FuryOfFirestorm: Well, if flesh and blood can become digital info, it's not impossible for the reverse to occur, at least in the confines of the story.

Yeah, I know. I just have a problem with that. Like, I can accept the premise of them going in, but I have a hard time of accepting the premise of them coming out, you know?

I agree to a certain extent. At least when somebody goes in, the computer has information about their internal organs, etc. A program coming out wouldn't have that kind of data available...unless the system interpolated based on previous human scans.

But, based on the movies, the only two people who have been scanned in are MALES. I think young Mr. Flynn may end up playing the Crying Game.

Myria: I agree. I would've gone with a melodramatic ending in which the computer ejects a floppy disk, with the implication that that's how she came out of the system.

If you are going that route, then it should have been where Sam and Quorra were just about to get out, there's a flash of light, then they flip back to the real world and there's a BSOD. Roll credits.

How about a prequel in the land of Pong?

ekdikeo4: The Stealth Hippopotamus: Mugato: So is The Dude in this one? I realize both versions of him were sort of killed but you know, come on.

Just turn it off and turn it back on, I'm sure he'll reboot. He's part of the OS.

PainInTheASP: Mother of God....THIS.

And maybe a generous portion of Serinda Swan?

Got the first 30-45 minutes worked out for them. Olivia Wilde goes back and Serinda Swan has to put her in the suit. After a proper cleaning that is. Needs a good scrubbing. Never know where dirt could be hiding.....scrubbing.....
