Headso: I saw a documentary, or maybe it was part of an episode of vice guide to travel or it might have been an episode of vanguard.. but anyways... they were saying the homeless flee to the sewers at night because shopowners and other businessmen hunt and kill them to keep the blight aspect down in their communities.

Huh. How about that.

I think I know what I'm proposing at the next city council meeting.

Sure, the Colombian sewer is worse at the moment, but a few more years of ineptitude and corruption in the Illinois state government and the Colombian sewer might be preferable.
