China is bizarre. One minute, they'll do something progressive and unexpected, the next they're pulling nonsense like this. It's like half the government wants to be Japan and the other half wants to be Best Korea.

Ahh, the passive aggressive 'I'm just going to hold on to this for a while since no one seems to be using it at the time. You can have it back whenever you want, just come and ask. I'll probably let some people from my country settle there though, but you can totally just ask them to leave and they'll be cool."
