The Orange Bowl isn't about pitting two great teams against each other, it's about lining the pockets of all the Orange Bowl executives, who in turn line the pockets of the representatives from the colleges. And it looks like they'll accomplish that goal through 2026, too.

Well, at least they cut out the Big East, so that's a step toward relevancy. And by relevancy, I mean a step toward watching an ACC team get killed every year even though it's their champion vs the 2nd or 3rd best team in any other conference they play.
