It's very easy to just point at a boy and say "Shirt's out. Tuck it in." or a girl "Skirt's up. Lower it to the knees." when the reason is "Because that's the dress code."

You don't have to give reasons. There doesn't have to be reasons. And, there's no exceptions. You have one correct option. All other possibilities are wrong. Therefore you don't have to worry about trying to explain to parents that their "innocent" teens trying to get laid at school with skimpy outfits isn't acceptable behavior. Dress in your uniform and if you wanna go around mostly nude in public the rest of the day, that's your business. On school property, and the way there and back, wear your school uniform and we can all lassiez faire our way to happiness.

Yup. Fascism makes things very easy for authority. Anything not permitted is forbidden. Deviance from the regulations is never permitted, and therefore it is forbidden and always punished.

teaching that at school, just like the other zero tolerance policies such as anti-violence policies that make finger-pointing that looks like a gun, drawing GI Joe, or having a picture of you older brother in his Marine uniform punishable, or anti-drug policies that make carrying midol for you cramps or an inhaler for your asthma punishable, or anti-sexual-harassment policies that make even touching another human being punishable, just prepares them to quietly, submissively, accept without question, the ever increasing regulations in the progressively politically correct oppressive outside world.
