Thunderpipes: Read the BLS report. Tell me that 114k jobs created (not quite enough to keep up with population growth) and all of a sudden we go from 8.1 to 7.8%. The household survey was used, not the establishment survey, and the household survey, flat for years, all of a sudden has 600k people get off their asses and get a part time job? Even if that were true, 600,000 people out of 800,000 "new" jobs are part time.

It is not accurate.


Doesn't seem much different than gallup's.

Why is it idiots like you think that what you imagine in your head is somehow more accurate than the figures from people that go out and poll thousands of people to measure reality?
