I had no idea Christian Bale was a child actor. Explains some things. I wonder if he WAS A PROFESSIONAL OR NOT.

I'm sure a 13-year-old Christian Bale working with Steven Spielberg in his debut film is going to be a lot better behaved than a 34-yearld old Christian Bale making Terminator 4 with McG.

Hollywood first got its glimpse of the Christian Bale we all know and love when he was informed that the movie about the Newsboys Strike of 1899 he was starring in was now going to be a musical so he had to start learning how to sing and dance. He was not happy about that.

That was called a joke, chief.
