Joel Silver totally look like a skeezeball who has abused his power and worn out a couple of casting couches.

I'm sure the guy will be able to get by on those Lethal Weapon and Matrix checks.

FFS, the guy's name was on practically every summer blockbuster Warners put out in the 90s.

Tsar_Bomba1: Orange Guy: What in the fark was wrong with Demolition Man?
/ maybe the author doesn't like Taco Bell?
// obscure?

Author couldn't figure out how to use the 3 seashells...

I honestly can't figure out why the hell people diss Demolition Man. It's not like the film is accidentally funny. It's funny because it's a well written comedy. So many gem lines in that flick.

I suspect it has something to do with the fact that the flick came out during a time when Stallone wasn't really doing too well, and perhaps the stench of the era has stuck around. Yes, Judge Dredd may have sucked, but Demolition Man is pure farking awesome.

If you disagree, you're wrong.

Dr Dreidel: Rwa2play: a Wonder Woman movie w/ Joss Whedon directing and Cobie Smulders starring as WW

Waitaminute...the fark? There is someone on this planet who thought that was a bad idea?

WB thought it was; that's why Joss is now rolling in "FU" money flipping a double bird at WB/DC. Even now you have to say "WTF WB"? A producer that LOVES strong female characters pitching a movie for your most recognized strong female character and you say "no"?! It's like trying to make sense of Liefeld's art style: you get migraines trying to figure the logic behind it.

/God I hate WB
//It's like "Casino" IRL
///As in "how you take a flawless, 'no lose' concept and make it so flawed it's unusable"

Die Hard and Lethal Weapon are my two favorite Christmas movies.

And movies like Road House and Demolition Man and The Last Boy Scout are fun to watch when you just want to leave your brain off the hook for a while. He's gotten his fair share of ticket money out of my wallet over the years.

Everyone of his movies are (terrible) great! Action Jackson, Carl Weathers! Come'on man!

I'm going to miss his movies on saturdays when baseball games are rained out.

You do NOT besmirch the good name of Roadhouse, subby. That is the best bad movie ever made.

If you threw that "Last Boy Scout" reference in there to troll, well done subby. 'Cause that opening scene is one of the best I've ever seen. It made me want to play football. "Wait... what if I just shot all these people trying to tackle me? Wouldn't that make it easier?"
