The only reason Internal Affairs decided to press ahead with this case was because Rodriguez didn't have the $10K they wanted to make the whole thing go away.

Mr. Potatoass: Deman: What I don't get is what the guy could have been possibly doing to be worth paying 5000$ to get out of. All I can think of is a DUI, what other traffic offenses could possibly cost you that much if you just accept and pay the ticket?

A buddy of mine had a cellmate that got pulled over with a corpse he had recently dug up; corpse was buckled up in the passenger seat.
