dickfreckle: rocky_howard: That's never been Microsoft's appeal. I use their products because they work and are dependable and ubiquitous. Sorry, if you're getting blue screens everyday blame your hardware and/or yourself.Nobody believes me when I tell them this, but the only BSOD I've ever had in, I dunno, 15 years of using Windows daily was due to a HDD failure. You know, the same failure that happens regardless of OS. I don't know why BSOD is such a go-to point of mockery for fanboys, but I never get them. I don't get viruses either, even when I don't run AV.I'm no genius. I'm savvy enough to build my own box with Newegg parts, but anyone who ever replaced the alternator on a car can do that, these days. If your Windows machine is constantly f*cking with you, it's 90% likely your own fault, or a hardware failure that can happen to anyone.
Cyno01: [www.nerfnow.com image 700x700]/had my first BSOD since switching to 7 last night, think it was heat related, marathon gaming session and the 4 of 6 working fans in my case were all set to low//need to replace my fans..
