Yeah, but he's no Jim Tobin.

Seriously, though, despite all the strikeouts it's hard not to like Davis. All season long he's done whatever the team asked of him, from pitching in the Boston Marathon game to playing right field for the first time in his pro career, and he's managed to do all of it well. I really hope he sticks around for a while.

/Now if we can just get Adam Jones past his 99 career HR wall.
