IAmRight: What annoys me is that I liked Harden because he went to ASU until I saw his constant floppery and complete inability to actually contribute on offense without flopping. AND THE REFS KEPT BAILING HIM OUT.

I hate when players I like and respect start doing shiat like that.

"I really want to cheer for you, but c'mon man!"

Solid series by Van Gundy.

I enjoyed his anti-flop rants.

redmid17: robsul82: redmid17: Yes. He had 5 championships as a coach and 1 as a player.

So seven, then? Because he'll get one for this one.

Call me a nitpickers, but there is a distinct difference between earning one as as a HC or player and getting one because you're in the front office.

Dude, have you ever tried to win an EA game as the front office only and never actually playing the games? That shiat's hard.

Can I just say.... before the trolls & bandwagonners get here? I really like most of you guys & this has been fun. Also fark the Heat. I've hated them sine 2006, before LeBron came on. I am a Heat-hater hipster, so there.

While we're waiting for the eventual Heat win I'd like to take the opportunity to say that it's been an exciting season of basketball. I'm already waiting for next season when the Los Angeles Clippers take it all.

Neeek: LeBron James is right now a better player than Jordan ever was at any point in his career

Good lord.

Jordan was one of the five best non PF/C defenders in NBA history. LeBron and Kobe will never be that good.

Schroedinger's Glory Hole: Historic levels of PER and he adds a new facet to his game every year.

Jordan was a better shooter and defender.

Schroedinger's Glory Hole: Same number of championships at his current age. 3 MVPs, makes players around him better but not through intimidation, will play longer, is a better athlete, passer, defender and person. Yeah, he will be GOAT.

Defender? Absolutely not.

Jordan made players around him better because of his play (and sometimes through intimidation).

LeBron is a better athlete, but he's not the kind of shooter/scorer Jordan was. He definitely does not have that killer instinct MJ had throughout his career, and did not immediately turn a horrible team into a playoff team by himself (as Jordan did). He's also, you know, lost a couple Finals (one time where he was part of the better team, and the biggest reason they lost is BECAUSE LeBron played under part).

In all seriousness, if this game continues to get out of hand like it is now, Scott Brooks could be looking for a new job next season. I've heard/read a lot of reporting out of there that the organization isn't totally sold that he's the guy to get them to the promised land.

"Too close for me to call" Westbrook was in the air before Battier was set. How is that even close?

Free Radical: TheJoe03: Does anyone think LeBron fans are going to go for it and claim LeBron to be better than Jordan? I might put him over Pippen if he gets the title.

Well he has done more at the same age than Jordan did. Comparable stats too.
